A dado is the tiled band along the lower part of a wall, and in the Andalusian house it does two jobs: it protects against knocks and damp, and it gives the room its character. We offer running-pattern dados and panelled compositions, with their finishing mouldings. The usual height runs from one metre to one and a half.
